Its sales force is mainly a team of internal sales team basically working under demand. To optimize production costs its is critical to keep the load of the production line at its maximum, therefore the sales team must ensure it creates more business opportunities and reduce time between an initial customer’s request and the final order. A change in sales strategy and procedures was needed to increase team’s coordination and acquiring new sales and customer communication skills as well in order to accelerate sales.
